CANCELLATION POLICY
Once payment has been completed for your order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
HOW DO EXCHANGES WORK?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges unless extreme circumstances are deemed permissable by Customer Care. In the event this occurs, the customer will receive a store credit will be in the form of a coupon. Once the returned item has been received, the customer will receive an email with coupon details. Pending returned items have been received in the same condition they were sent. The coupon will be activated immediately.
STORE CREDIT
Processing returns can take up to 5-7 business days AFTER we receive your package. Once the return is approved we will send an email notifying you that we have activated your coupon.
